Managed hosting means the server your site runs on is configured, secured, and watched by us directly, on hardware we control — not a generic shared hosting plan where your site's performance depends on what hundreds of other unrelated sites on the same box are doing. It includes monitoring for uptime and performance, security hardening, and direct accountability: if something's wrong, there's one team responsible for fixing it, not a support ticket queue.
