Automated Backups
Scheduled, verified backups of your site and database, so a server issue is never a data-loss event.
Backups run on a regular automated schedule (not as an afterthought you have to remember to trigger), are verified rather than just assumed to have worked, and are stored separately from the live server so a single hardware failure can't take out both the live site and its backup at once.
